One studio, end to end.
Anavya designs and builds. Keeping both under one roof is the whole point — it is the only arrangement where the person who decided a detail is still answerable when it is installed.

Materiality
How a material behaves in real light is the argument for building what you draw.

Execution
Every project loses something in the handover.
We started Anavya because that loss is predictable. A designer hands over a set of drawings, a contractor prices what it can read in them, and every ambiguity left in between becomes a negotiation on site — paid for by the client in time, in money, or in a compromise nobody chose.

Leadership
The design team is in-house
Architects, interior designers and technical staff work in one studio, on one set of drawings. The person who detailed a junction is the person you can ask about it.
We run the build ourselves
Sequencing, quality and programme are held by our own team and reported against, so there is one place to go for a straight answer about the site.
Vendors under one contract
Modular furniture, joinery, services and finishes come through established vendor tie-ups, held under our contract. We coordinate them, and we carry the result.
Work with the people who will build it.
Send the brief, the drawings, or a rough idea and a postcode. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for it.
