We hold the drawing and the building.

We hold the building, on someone else's drawing.
Five stages, in order.
01
Brief and feasibility
We establish what the project has to do, what the site allows and what the budget will actually carry — before anyone draws anything.
02
Design and drawings
Concept, planning and the drawing set. Decisions are tested against buildability as they are made, not after.

Detailing and specification
Materials, joinery and services resolved to the millimetre, with a specification precise enough to price and to build from.

Execution on site
Our own team runs the build. Sequencing, vendors, quality and programme are ours to hold, and we report against them.
05
Handover and snagging
Commissioning, snagging and closeout — the project ends when the space works, not when the invoice clears.
